I refuse to come out of my room and I listen to sad music and wallow. Maybe cry if it's bad. Write in my journal. When I feel a little bit better, enough that I can articulate what's wrong and make sense, I'll text one of my friends maybe or my boyfriend, or call my Mum. I've pulled out my own hair before but I respond like that more to guilt..

I usually smoke weed and write poems. Sometimes I take a walk and listen to music.

Definitely don't listen to sad music, seems to always make it worst!! I workout and swim

I eat all the day and dance belly dancing trying to let go the pain... But when i lay on my bed i just start crying like a baby
Go for a walk around my neighborhood. It's usually quiet around my neighborhood.
