What is "YOUR STACK" ?

My parents thought I was hiding cocaine in those jugs.
My friends thought they are steriods.
My gym bros think I should start getting on some CLA.

This is my stack.

BCAA for mid-workout energy.
Omega-3 to keep my nice and healthy.
Tylenol in case of headaches from working out too hard lol
Soy protein to meet my protein requirements.
Neurocore with lots of beta-alaine and caffeine to stay in the game during a workout.
And creatine.
