I had the exact same problem as you... Wayyyy too lazyyyy... You go the gym and I'm guessing you do more cardio based exercises then weight lifting. (i get a pathetic amouts of energy by lifting more than cardio)
But regardless of how much exercise you're doing to me you're more mentally lazy.
here's the thing... You're telling yourself you are lazy in your head, stop that ahah just typing lazy lowers my energy levels a lot ha, just get it in your head that you're energetic (instead of lazy) (worked 100% for me straight away)
And if you find yourself making excuses... Forget about the excuses and just go do the thing you want to achive your goal dont think about it.. Just get up an do it (this is how I get myself up early with little sleep) ahah
