I bought some clothes that fit right at the end of December.. Since then I've been doing weight training and now those clothes are fitting looser.. Are they stretching or am I losing weight? I don't keep track of my numbers or inches because I would become obsessed (would turn into an eating disorder) just wondering what your opinion is..
Yeah weight training burns fat and gains muscle, you are right to not weigh yourself as the scales don't tell you that you have gained muscle weight and lost fat.
You might even way the same yet you look skinnier and fitter ;)
Fuck scales use the mirror and the looseness of your clothes to judge how you are doing :)

Indeed both. You lost fat, but your body gets toned at the same time, so it gets a more defined shape. If you did not buy tigth fit cloths, they will feel more loose. But if you go on like that, your body will be ready for more tigth fit cloths.
