I usually drink a bit over a half gallon per day. I take a multivitamin geared towards bodybuilders and if you don't drink enough water, you could get cramps. So with that, plus my workouts, plus just carrying a water bottle around with me... I end up drinking a fair amount per day.

I try to drink about 2 L of water a day.. more if I goto the gym, water is either something that people love or hate, I use to hate it but over time I just learnt to love it.
i usually drink 2-3 litres of water, always carry a bottle with me around haha

When I'm training I carry a gallon jug with me until it's all gone, then I don't give it another thought unless I'm thirsty.
I drink like 2 bottles of water a day, I use to barely drink water at all.
Eight 8oz glasses at least!
