What to eat that would be healthy?
So what could I eat that is relatively healthy?
Healthy and weight loss don't really go together... Low calorie and exercise losses weight. Healthy would be having a balance of everything you need to maintain your current form with fats coming from sources that will boost your good cholesterol. So I'm cutting weight right now. I've lost 8 pounds in the last 3 weeks. Guess what I ate today?
-2 servings of oatmeal with honey and cinnamon
-8 microwave burritos. lol
-2 jars of olives. :D
-a few glasses of grape juice
and I'm contemplating dinner. I'll probably drop another 3 pounds this week. Going to have to start eating more. :p
Look in the internet and find something that you would like to eat. Then you look for directions on how to cook it. Then write it down make sure you have the ingredients and cook wear to prepare it. Its fun to cook your own food
