Will my gym routine help me get really lean and toned... smaller thighs and slimmer/leaner legs?

I really want to tone up by summer and get leaner, especially my legs. I want to tone up, get smaller thighs/leaner legs. I just want everything tight and toned. Right now I consider myself slim but not really toned.
I have started to work out recently. I try to go to the gym 5 times a week. I usually cycle for ten minutes, and use the elliptical for ten minutes, followed by 5 minute fast walk on incline on the treadmill and 10-20 minute jog on decline. I also do 50 lunges with not too heavy weights and i use the strength training machine ( one for glutes) and do 50 on that for each leg.

Will this help me to get really toned within 1-2 months?
