A week is long. I suppose you overdid or has some muscle fiber tear. Normally if you do the exercise well, you can feel stiff the second day. This is good stiffness. If you feel stiff the next day, you overdid. Regarding slim: exercises build muscle. They will tone your legs, not make them slim. Therefore you need to burn fat, so low intensity cardio. Then running is better than lunges. With lunges, you will strengthen your legs and build muscle, so tone them. Best of course is a good combination of both.
Really :/
You don't know why you feel soreness after doing strength workouts?
that is just sad...
To answer your question:
Your body is rebuilding more muscle. To reduce chance of injury you should wait to do more exercises.
Also it will build more muscle in your thighs which will cause you to have less fat there.
No of course I know that!! ( I guess it does not sound like it from my question)
I meant more like how long should I wait? Its been a week since I did them the first time... so I was wondering if its okay to keep doing them even if there is still some pain.
Thanks for you answer by the way.
As someone who has been sore on and off for 20 years. Well done. There is little to match the feeling of lying on the couch, stretching out and feeling those legs ache.
After leg day I usually do a gentle jog for around ten minutes just to flush the lactic acid out of the muscles. A gentle cycle works also. Wait around 4 days before training legs again. Well done and keel it up.
When you lift weights you need to leave longer rest times before working those muscles again. Leave at least a day or two.
And lifting weights doing that many reps knida defeats the purpose. If you're going to lift, keep the reps under 20. If you go more than that you might as well just do bodyweight exercises.
Im doing 50-100 with the second lightest weights. I don't want to get bigger thighs... I want lean legs. So I do those and after I jog-run for 20 minutes.

It is normal, especially after doing such high reps. You'd get better results quicker by the way of you lifted heavier weights and did fewer reps, somewhere in the 8-15 range. You won't get bulky because you don't have enough testosterone.
engaging in strength training, specifically toe exercises that build calf muscles
not attempting to exercise through the pain
barefoot running

No don't stop, lean into the pain & eventually it'll feel like nothing also make sure to stretch a lot before any & all leg work I recommend yoga
Did you just start using the weight's? If so you may have overdone it.
You broke down muscle fibers which will repair (and improve with adequate nutrition) there will be 'burn' also, which is lactic acid from anaerobic respiration. Normal
You exercised and are now sore? Yeah, normal.
Yeah its normal... !!!
