I am going to Mexico in November and am trying to lose weight for it, because I really don't look how fat I look. I am 180 and 5'9... Someone please give me some advice?
portion control and exercise. I've lost 46 pounds and that's how I did it. I recommend starting with just eating better first. For a couple months just eat right and go for nightly walks and then when you lose your first 20 pounds then head to the gym.

Time enough. Low intensity cardio, fruit, vegetables, no sweets, sugar, soft drinks,. Low carb food.
Less sugar, more working out and better dieting.
