Im a senior and im 14 lbs less than at the Beginning of Junior year and 2 lbs less than sophomore year. To me thats good and it makes me happy but my friends think its an eating disorder but it doesn't seem like one to me. I get really scared at the thought of gaining it back. I guess im looking for other peoples opinons on this..
BMI just indicates your ideal weight according to your gender, age and height. The real thing is the amount of fat, that makes you look fatter, when when your BMI is in range.
To look slim and healthy, your BMI needs to be in range and you will need to lose fat by woking out.

Its unhealthy and might hamper your fitness!
So I say no
Very bad idea.
Why?
I don't know the reason. Do you skip meals to lose some weight?
You can always choose to eat more fruits and drink juices throughout the day, to keep up the energy levels, if you plan to eat less.
Breakfast is a must, never skip it. Eat less, but don't skip meals.

Be objective and use BMI calculator. if your weight is within range, then nothing to worry about.
My bmi is 18.1. Not good at all
Then you better visit a nutritionist for a diet plan. Exercise more.
I want it to be like 17 or 16. 18.1 is unerweight apparently but thats hard to believe
