You should probably see a psychiatrist or nutritionist.
A friend of mine went through this though, and she stopped restricting after she binged, and she started binging less. She ate a healthy amount all of the time and she went from binging once a week to almost never. Just breathe through it and don't rush to binge, take a breath. Get all of you binge food out of the house and in the garbage.
Try drinking lots of water to feel more full and develop a healthy eating plan and an exercise routine. The key is balance. when you restrict you slow your metabolism, then you binge and all of those extra calories turn into fat.
So balance your diet, drink plenty of water, exercise, and take deep breaths and slow down when binging. Trying counting to thirty after each bite in a binge, then drinking a sip of water. I promise if you do it, it will help

The only thing that helped me was friends and a gym. I would just keep myself too busy and that's the only advice I have. I was a bad binge eater. I would bake a sweet every day and eat the whole thing. I'd eat until I felt sick and I'd keep eating. I wasn't hungry and I didn't even want to keep eating. Food was disgusting to me, but I still ate.
I found a best friend and hung out all the time. That's the only thing that fixed it.
Start eating regularly and normally and with responsible portion sizes.
Exercising a bit of self control would go a long way too.

Ask whoever you are living with to monitor what you eat. Whenever I want to break a habit, I always tell my family and friends, so whenever I'm around them I feel like they are watching me to check if I'm doing it. In your case they'll be able to support you and help control your it. It'll probably be a good idea to talk to a doctor too.
Hey there. If you have the resources, maybe try seeing a doctor or psychologist. None of us on here have medical degrees, but professional help can be really nice. Hang in there!
