I don't know why, but for the last couple of nights, I've been having trouble getting to sleep. If I did sleep at all, I didn't sleep well. I work a physically demanding job and work until late at night, but I still can't seem to get to sleep. Does anyone know of any remedies for this?
Try drinking chamomile tea. It's really good and helps to fall asleep. Or try getting really warm in bed with a light fan blowing on you. Maybe Google some natural ways to fall asleep. Getting into medication and stuff might help, but it can also just make it worse

When you try to go to sleep, is it that you lay down and you suddenly don't feel tired? Is it that you're tired but you can't stop your mind from racing? Is it that you're distracted by TV, a phone, or other electronics? Do you not feel comfortable in your bed?
