I've legitimately tried to head to bed around 10 or 11 o clock, but I literally toss and turn and can't seem to fall asleep. Even worse, on the lucky days I DO manage to fall asleep at a reasonable time, I wake up in intervals of 30-45 minutes.
It's really ruining my productivity. Anyone have any proven, preferably natural methods? I've tried exercising at night to get me tired, doesn't work, adrenaline keep me up. I've tried tryptophan (often found in turkey) and that hasn't worked either.
