Sweets! Avoid sugary food and drinks, don't eat white fluffy stuffs!, and MOST importantly avoid FAKE SUGAR which is hiding under the name of "high fructose corn syrup" ... if you see that name on any food that you're about to eat, just toss it out! It's like the number one thing that helps your fat form around your midsection and prevents it from burning off too. So any food or drink with high fructose corn syrup should automatically be out of your diet, basically TRASH IT!
Add more protein and water to your diet and DO exercise.
Eat small frequent meals instead of Large spaced out meals, because the larger the meal is, the larger your stomach becomes. the smaller your meal is and the more frequent you eat, the faster you make your metabolism work.
If you eat a lot of carbs, make sure that you're drinking PLENTY of water. Carbs without enough water in your system will be stored into fat! Carbs with ENOUGH water, will be transformed into energy. :]! Don't eat 2 hours before bed, and try to make your last meal have WET carbs so that you stay hydrated throughout the night.
P. S. Weight lifting burns off more calories than cardio if you do it right. ... because your muscles are still working even after you finish, whereas in cardio, you're only burning off while you're doing it.

Well most people to lose weight And as long as you eat enough protein half gram per pound of body weight and lots of vegetables work out and don't eat under 1200 calories you should lose some weight without sacrificing nutrition.
but for you seeing as you're fifteen still growing. I'd wait to lose weight when you're done growing. Your likely not overweight unless you're like four feet tall. So just eat enough to maintain your weight and work out and worry about losing when you're old enough to order alcohol:)

Do weight lifting type work outs and avoid cardio like the plague. Consume protein oh and you don't need to lose weight. You need to gain it.

Okay, I love to workout.
What you need to know is, losing weigh isn't gonna always target where you wanna target. It's all about toning.
Do what I do, wear a latex workout cincher. You can find them off amazon.
It's latex so it'll heat up the fat & while you're excersicing it'll sweat.
Sweat=fat burning
I wouldn't suggest doing what you're doing since you're already too skinny.You don't want to lose weight. You want to tone.
Do core exercises. You will replace the fat in your midsection with muscle and look thinner and you won't be at an unhealthy weight.im 14 and 155 lbs get over it your perfect dont forget it
