I weigh a lot and dress size is 24! Im only 23. I comfort eat, anxiety and stress about things that are not important or even related to me. Now I was wondering if you ladies know anything good and helpful.. Diets and workouts... 80% is what you eat and 20% exercising that helps to lose weight. I really want to lose 12/14 pounds a month... And really want to be at least dress size 16/18 by September... How can I focus what's helpful... I'm struggling so much :(
