Cleansing is bullshit. Weight loss is simply burning more calories than you put in. Whether you choose to achieve that deficit with exercise or just eating less is up to you.

There isn't a supplement out there that will actually cause safe, healthy weight loss. I'd say there isn't one that is actually effective.

There's no magic fix: bootea, detox tea, pills, etc all only work to their full extent when combined with a healthy diet and exercise.

The only thing that helps with weight lose is the gym. There's no magical pill that will mske you a size 0
