I have IBS. Just to start this off. I have to be careful with what I eat or it will be very bad for my stomach. This past month I have been eating once a day or less for various reasons: I get very full off of a little, I'm afraid of upsetting my stomach, I want to lose weight for prom. So I'll eat a pack of crackers a day or a pancake or something of that sort. If I'm hungry I will sleep so the pain goes away or drink water. It's gotten to the point now where I just feel guilty if I eat more than a couple spoonfuls of rice or more than a pack of crackers. I've lost over ten pounds and I'm very proud of myself and want to keep it up until I lose about 30 more pounds (I'm 5'9, 154 lbs now) but I know this is unhealthy, I just get sick thinking about eating more and get a feeling of guilt eating more
If you can only tolerate a tiny amount of food then your disease is not well controlled and you aren't doing your body any favors by weakening it further. It's definitely time to talk to someone and see a doctor. I'm really proud of you for telling us. You can do this!

Yes. It sounds like an eating disorder, just go to the doctor
Are you on any medication like salazopyrin or steroids currently?

Ok everything was ok until you said "if I am hungry I will sleep" that's not good. It sounds like you're doing it on purpose. Now I eat once or twice a day. But I have ibs too.
I'm not a medical professional, but yes, it sounds like you have an eating disorder.
