How to learn how to eat less?

advice how to learn how to cope with less food without actually "starving"? So im a student, but because i eat a lot it gets very expesive and a lot of my money goes to food. Which leaves me with little money to do and buy other things. by the way i lift between 3 and 5 times a week in addition to some cardio once or twice a week.

So any advice or should i just deal with it?
