Is this pita healthy for one meal out of my 2-3 meals a day?

Today I had a:
- whole wheat pita
- 3 slices of turkey
- 60 - 100 grams of garlic paste
- 60 - 100 grams of hummus

The meal tasted moderately decent. Nothing super special.

I think it was probably between 30 - 60 grams of complete protein.

Then for dinner - I had some food my parents cooked (which changes everyday) - and I drank 2 cups of 2% milk.

Is that enough protein and nutrients for the day?
Is this pita healthy for one meal out of my 2-3 meals a day?
