By the way I am at a healthy weight and my BMI is 19.5.
Why do I get lightheaded and nauseous during working out?

That exercise changes your body position rapidly. Your heart is having to pump blood at one level then quickly change to another. It is like when you are laying down for a bit, then quickly jump upright. You experience a moment of dizziness till your hears adjusts to the quick change in pressure needed to get the blood up to your head.
First thought is that u may not be eating enough before your workout.
From personal experience, after I increased by calorie intake for breakfast on workout days, I wasn't light headed anymore during my workouts, and was more efficient in my workout as well.
agree with the others. And what do you eat. Enough slow carbs? Otherwise its blood pressure if it happens with squats. Try to measure the heart rate when you exercise and see that you stay in the correct zone
maybe you are pushing your body beyond its limits, and have resumed exercise after a really long time
eat enough simple sugars like bananas, mangoes etc. before working out

You're wildly out of shape most likely.
Are you drinking enough water though?
Yes, I do drink enough
Did you just start working out?
Are you staying hydrated? Do you get enough sleep at night?
Yes, I drink 1.5l a day and I sleep 6-8h.
If that's the case, either you're out of shape and your body isn't used to the workouts you've been doing, or something else may be wrong. I'd say just take it easy during your workouts for now, and see if your body builds up some more stamina over the next few weeks. If not, it can't hurt to go get a check-up and get a second opinion from a doctor.
You need more iron in your diet.
