i always thought about something , i don't know if that would help , but u should try it :
first of all , think to the future , or get ur self a goal to the summer !
just imagine ur self having 6 pack abs , going to the beach and making all the eyes on you , that would be great ha?
second : take a side photo of your body , print it , and stick it on your wall infront of your bed , when you wake up everyday , you see this photo and say : wtf is this thing? i should workout now ! that will motivate you to go workout everyday :)

stay healthy, feel good about yourself, I normally tend to be lazy throughout the day so working out makes me feel like I at least did one thing positive today for myself, live longer, more confidence in yourself, helps relieve stress.
I like to have picture of my dream body on my phone and near my fridge to remind me what I'm working for and to make healthier choices.
I also have one dream body next to my mirror with a before picture of myself to remind myself of how far I've come an that I don't want to quit.
Look at the body you had and ask yourself if you want it back. Train with some nice music. Even better: have a companion that trains with you and has the same goals. You stimulate each other because you compare strength and look all the time.

Seeing the muscle gains and my strength gains in the gym. Staying consistent with training and nutrition is a must. 💪💪
Think of all nice dresses that you may get to wear, I do that LOL. Some girls like music while exercising.
You should find something that you really love to do! Something to look forward to rather than just being boring exercise that you feel like you HAVE to do.
Just do it. Sorry Nike. No i do it cos I wanna look good and keep fit and healthy. I mainly do it cos i wanna impress girls.
Whenever i. need motivation to work out, find a mirror nearby and the job is done.😉😜
