I just started to exersice, I am a diabetic so I need to eat healthy but I am also very thin. I want to gain weight with muscle and have a muscular body. Do you have any diet plan suggestions for me?
Protein. Eat a lot of lean protein, and vegetables and some fruits.
And nuts.

I can't really work out a diet plan - since I'm not a nutritionist and you wouldn't be paying me anyways... Just go find a good nutritionist and get yourself a specific diet plan for exactly what you need.
