I really wouldn't know I do squats every week all year round without stopping, generally focusing on building my quadriceps since that is the main purpose of the exercise. I would imagine though that it is normal I mean it is a compound exercise. So it works everything in your legs up into your lower back, and if you have done this "challenge" already then you are probably stronger since your last go around which means you can handle more weight and hopefully have a more proper form. That combined with proper nutrition and sleep would result in faster results.

Most of the change happens in the first weej. Because the program lacks progressive loading i becomes a waste of time after you just keep increasing reps beyond a certain point. Ideally you would be doing it with weights and increasing the weight while keeping reps the same. The 30 day squat challenge though is a joke.
Awesome work, good for you! I was just thinking of trying a 30-day squat challenge earlier today :) You really can feel the difference after a few days if you've been squatting in proper form, although in order to get lasting results we gotta keep going even after completing the challenge. If you find yourself getting bored going through the same movements every day, look up other variations of the move (using dumbbells/water bottles, kettle bells, balancing on one leg, etc). Check this out: www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/types-of-squats Good luck!
Don't rely on squats for a great butt! Else you'll end up with massive quads, and they will be bigger than your hammies and glues. Honestly, on their own, squats do squats hahah
But yes, it's normal for your muscles to get firmer quickly like that. Firmer, not bigger. Don't expect much more for results, though.
Normal! You did concentrate the effort over there, thats why its firmer!
Like another user said, where did you find the challenge? :D

Heavy Squatting is very taxing on the body and doing it everyday isn't recommended. Key word is heavy. Your body needs a lot of protein to help repair those muscles you break down.
Honestly I would like to try it but I feel I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, you clearly are doing it right could you please if its possible with words how to do a proper squat? Thanks!
It's normal to have a placebo effect of thinking your butt is getting firmer.
3 days are too early, to see any results... no?
What's the challenge I wanna try 😛
It's not too early at all.
WeaponZero said it perfectly.
I don't think three days could change much
