Understand that willpower is a limited resource.. if you tempt yourself enough you will cave. Keep the foods you want to avoid out of site and do as much as you can to avoid thinking about it.
If nothing else keep baby carrots or celery around that way you can eat those instead.

hahhaha i suffer from this... but i don't eat anything... once i ate dinner i'm over 8)
I don't instead I just eat fruits and vegetables at night or drink water, and if I splurge I work out the next day, Good Luck :)

Drink water. Often times your body thinks it's hungry when really it's dehydrated.
