Will I loose my weight again?

So like, I like all week on 800kcal but Saturday O have a cheat day. So yesterday I made cake and brownies and I ate sooooooo much that at one point I was sich but it was soooo good. So before that my weight was 53.5 kg now it's Sunday evening ant I'm 55.7kg. So if I eat 800kcal again, will I weight 53 again tomorrow or the day after tomorrow?

Your weight will go back down. My advice is to only weigh yourself once a week (probably not on your cheat day, lol) and keep track of it overtime to help maintain a long-term perspective.

Weight fluctuates quite a bit throughout just one day, much less a week, so not getting on it everyday will make you feel better and keep your perspective more in tune with the long-term nature of health and fitness.

The best way to lose weight is to stop eating things that are unhealthy. Don't give yourself a cheat day, that just means you never get entirely used to eating healthy. Go cold turkey and you will never have those problems.

The "weight gain" you describe is not fat gain. It's just not possible for the human body to gain 2 kilos in one day. The weight comes from the food you've eaten, plus water weight. So you'll lose it again. By the way, 800 kcal is way too little to eat for a full grown woman. Eat at least 1800 calories a day, or you'll have a breakdown and start eating unhealthy stuff every day.

I am still on my 800k cal diet. When i reach the exact weight of 53.00kg I will start eaying more calories. But not like 1000more bc u will get fat. I have to do it very slightly on

I promise you, you will gain all the weight back. 800 or 1000 calories is unsustainable, so you'll eventually go back to eating a normal amount of calories. Try eating healthy food instead and keep your fat intake low.

Actually it isn't even that bad if you take a snack but just don't try to overdo the snacking

I don't think you'll lose 2.7kg in 1 or 2 days. But surely next week because most of the "weight gain" is food weight. :)

Food is weight but when it's out of my body. I eat fat&sugar-free all week but not Saturday. It's not like my body will take the sugars and fats from that one day

What? I do think that your body will absorb all the sugar and fats that you ate. But that doesn't mean that they can't be burnt off.

You want to have a cheat meal here and there to stay motivated to eat healthy in the long-term, as a lifelong lifestyle!! Use your guilt, channel it to eating healthier!!

Google "calorie calculator" to calculate your maintenance cal/day. For most girls it's somewhere 1800-2100. If you eat less than your maintenance every day, after a couple weeks you will begin to start seeing results. If you eat more than your maintenance you will quickly begin to see fat gain. It's simple math. Remember it's more about WHAT you eat, not WHETHER you eat. Don't skip meals. Just eat clean foods.

800 kcal is not enough. You need to be eating at least your BMR. At 800kcal your health will suffer.

Regardless of how you like it it isn't enough to sustain you and keep your body operating healthily. If you like it this way then you have bigger issues you need to worry about. You would continue to lose weight even if you ate about 1200 which would be healthier. Google search BMR.
