Why I feel sleepy even if I sleep more hours than before?

A month ago I used to sleep 4-4.5 hrs and I was ok…feelin a little bit sleepy during da day though, but not 2 da point fallin asleep on my chair.

Now I sleep ~6 hrs, and even if I drink energy drinks/soda often (they help u keepin u awake), I fall asleep on my chair every evening. Like for 15-20 mins. Sometimes it happens not only once but twice.

That’s really shitty n annoyin…and weirdest thing is, I’m not excessively active. I only go out for 30 mins-1 hr, but still feel tired and fall asleep…y’s dat?
