Can someone help me I dont know what to do with my free time?

When I am not working I have so much free time and dont really do anything I normally spend a lot of the time on my computer if I am not watching the wrestling I go on video games every so often and normally watch some T. V.

I often go out every Monday night to a club and see some friends but I dont have any real friends where I live and its kind of sad and depressing because im always in my room.

Try learning how to cook or baking from scratch. I love baking. And then you have treat to share with other people. 😊

Start running, just a mile at first then add distance, find a running club.

Work out. Go to the gym go for a run/walk. Go up a mountain along a beach through a forest. Just get out of the damn house.
