I want to be as healthy as i can, and i know im going to work out a lot (weight lifting + handball).. so i need healthy food that will keep me full for a long time and isn't very expensive.
So any advice?
well pretty much everything that isn't processed.
Potatoes, pasta, rice, corn couscous, oats, barely, even amaranth or quinoa are literally pennies per meal.
Same for beans and mot other legumes
Soy is usually cheaper than meat.
And as for fruit and vegetables again plenty of options, carrots, applies, turnips, bananas, tomatoes, onions, leeks, cabbage, kale, zucchini, radishes, cauliflower, cucumbers (well depends on season), squash and pumpkin in fall costs practically nothing. peaches and most berries are cheap in summer. Obviously if you want strawberries in December you're gonna pay extra
Student here :) I can recommend you some sites to find cheap meals to make, and this site is pretty good too, you just put in what products you have and it'll give you recipes:

I also recommend ramen :) You can get packs of it for like 45 p each here in the UK, or like 5 bags for 1 pound 50. It tastes good, is easy to cook, and is like 400 calories a meal. Obviously, it's not all that healthy, but it's not too awful.
I also recommend trying to buy frozen fruit as that tends to be cheaper.
Pasta, buy it in bulk and eat proper portion sizes with some lean protein, chicken, turkey etc
Lots of chicken and rice haha Thats what I live on >.> also tuna fish if you are okay with it.
SWEET POTATOeS BABY!
