I love to eat a lot, but these for the past few days I haven't been eating much. I'd eat my breakfast no matter what, and dinner too (but sometimes if I'm too lazy to cook I'd just skip it). On some days if I ate too little during breakfast, I'd grab some canned soup to drink, and that's all for the day.
I don't work out. Sometimes if my friend is free, I'd go with her to her mum's yoga centre. I run every evening (unless it's raining, then I just stay at home) until I'm really tired, then I walk back home.

I would eat 3 times a day during the school term. But now that I'm free, I eat twice a day with a few snacks (and wayyyy more junkfood)
I don't work out. Usually I lose weight during the summer. But, this summer I've gained about 5lbs. So, I plan to head to the gym this Sunday with my boyfriend and see how that goes, maybe increase the frequency after that and start a thing.

workout doesn´t make sense to go more than tice (if you want to split up strength and stamina) but you waste a lot of potential splitting it up. it doesn´t really matter how often you eat as long as the individual meals don´t make up more than you should eat a day. (calorie wise).

Usually 4 times. Breakfast, lunch, snack time (evening) and dinner. I don't work out, I just practise yoga sometimes. Only sometimes, lol. I should start working out though
