my problem is that I get up for work at 3.30am and don't get home until around 9pm and by that time I don't have anything close to the amount of energy I need for a proper 60min workout. I have tried stuff like jack3d before but after my long days it doesn't help with sleepiness it just makes me feel jittery.
Can anyone help me with a way to find some more energy so I can do a proper workout after work.
