Do any of you have any helpful advice for FAST and EFFECTIVE weight loss?

Hi, my name is Neveah. I'm about 128 pounds, and I stand 5 foot 4. I'm 19 years old, and want to change my body before bikini season sneaks around the corner. I'm not chubby by any means, I've been told I'm nuts for wanting to change my body, but as anyone else I'm not happy with myself and I want to gain my confidence back. After suffering through a nasty breakup of a year and a half. I want to do this for ME. So please if you could offer me advice on the following it would be greatly appreciated...

1) how to change bad eating habits ( I'm terrible for fast food/chips/alcohol)

2)How many times a day should you eat, and is there any specific times of the day you should eat at?

3) What kind of workouts should you incorporate? (I've started doing yoga recently)

4) When my muscles are sore what kind of workout could I do that won't be so straining on them?

5) What is a good realistic goal to try and lose in one month?

PS- if you have any other advice for me please help
