I'm six foot, three inches and I weigh 262 pounds, and I eat 2,100 calories a day and STILL manage to lose weight. Exercise is MORE important though. I could eat 3,000 calories a day and still lose weight if I'm active enough.

1200 is actually not enough for you. That is under your BMR, which is the minimum amount you need to fuel basic life support. You need to eat more. Approximately 1500 or so if you're sedentary, more if you're active.
Nope you just have to be consistent and make sure you're eating more than 3 small meals a day that way your metabolism will speed up xx
That's too little to function on. Don't do starvation diets, you'll just end up binging and becoming bigger than ever.

I'm eating about 800 per day at the minute including drinks... but that sounds like you're eating the perfect amount, combine it with exercise and you're good
It's better to exercise (better for your health in the long run). Don't restrict your calories too much - that's what ED is made of.
No, also depends how many calories you burn in a day as well... the norm is what a 2000 calorie intake
