Working out making me sick?

I've started sneezing, wheezing, and I'm congested. I work out everyday and sometimes twice a day with weight training and cardio. I went to work out today and I only did a mile and I was done. I felt extremely heavy, lethargic, and overall like crap. I have never left a work out early and I feel terrible. I feel super guilty and its been stressing me out. So I guess I made today a rest day with minimal effort and want to get back into it tomorrow but I still feel like crap. It's like mentally I'm there but physically I'm struggling.
