I've started sneezing, wheezing, and I'm congested. I work out everyday and sometimes twice a day with weight training and cardio. I went to work out today and I only did a mile and I was done. I felt extremely heavy, lethargic, and overall like crap. I have never left a work out early and I feel terrible. I feel super guilty and its been stressing me out. So I guess I made today a rest day with minimal effort and want to get back into it tomorrow but I still feel like crap. It's like mentally I'm there but physically I'm struggling.
You shouldn't be working out if your symptoms are below the neck, chest hurts, upset stomach etc. If your symptoms are above the neck, headache, runny nose, or a sore throat you are okay to do mild exercise.

Allergies, perhaps? In the gym - could be mould or mildew. Outside, well, it summer and everything is out to get you.
