Why am I so hungry when I wake up?

So, like I literally stuff my face before bed. I just eat anything I can find, chocolate, meat, crisps (chips), literally anything.

I go to bed fat as a pig and full. I wake up in the morning and my stomach is rumbling and my belly is flat as a pancake. I feel so hungry.

Why is this? Some people skip breakfast. I don't even think that's possible for me.
Why am I so hungry when I wake up?
