I go to bed fat as a pig and full. I wake up in the morning and my stomach is rumbling and my belly is flat as a pancake. I feel so hungry.
Why is this? Some people skip breakfast. I don't even think that's possible for me.
It could be a number of reasons such as the type of food you eat which could be easily digested, or maybe you have a high metabolic rate this is affected by the rate at which you eat, so let's say you eat many time during the day that means your body has to keep up he pace of absorption... Also eating before bed means that while asleep your body has little activity besides that of what you just ate, this means its focused on only digestion which could lead to more hunger eventually, try and eat macro molecular foods that require more time to break down...

I love breakfast I could never skip it, the reason why you are hungry in the morning is a long and scientific answer though and I don't feel like typing it out lol.
For some reason, that's just what happens when you eat before bed. When I was pregnant, I'd eat before bed and be ravenous in the morning. My friend experiences the same thing and he's a guy so it's not a pregnancy thing. So if you go to bed at 10 don't eat anything after 9. Don't eat anything within an hour of going to bed and the problem will go away.
same with me (being really hungry in the morning) its because your body works hard to function during the night and keep you alive so it burns all the food and needs more energy (food) to process again x

I can easily skip breakfast.. I skip lunch and dinner too if I m feeling sad
Because while you sleep, your body is digesting the food in your stomach, which makes you hungry.
