An ideal weight (the weight that looks best I think you mean) depends on the person that's looking at you. A "healthy" bmi (body mass index range) is around a little less than 130 to about 175 pounds. Also, your ideal or healthy size will depend on your frame. If you have a larger frame you probably won't be healthy at 130 pounds. If you have a thin frame you can be healthy at 125 pounds.

I've always gone by 100lbs for the first 5 foot, plus 5lbs for every additional inch. I don't know if this gives the ideal healthy weight, but for me it works. That would make your ideal weight 150lbs. In terms of BMI, you are already healthy. Focus on toning up and working out, which could drastically change your body shape without changing your weight. Medium: 142-156
Large: 152-173
Also it depends how muscle you have as it weighs more than fat.
Also bone density effects how much you weigh.

If you have medium fram: 140-155
If you have a large fram: 160-175140-145lbs seems healthy and attractive for that height.
