okay i used to weigh 200 pounds of mucle? that was when i was in high school. i was a two sport star in high school i played football and baseball. i was given four D1 schlorships for football from stonybrook university, university of maine, UCONN and the university of wyoming. and i was also given four D1 scholarships for baseball as well. i got schalorships from university of deleware, wake forrest university, villanova university and duke university. i was all set to play football for university of maine and i was even going to try out for their baseball team as well. i was so excited and my life was going in the right direction. then my life took a turn for the worse when i was shot in the leg at a party. because of the fact that i was shot i was unable to play football. so i quit working out. i quit working out for over two years. for two years i was drinking around 12 beers a day and eating at least 5000 calories a day and drinking two liters of soda a day and also drinking a whole gallon of milk. i have lost all the muscle weight and withing two years i have gained a 100 pounds. i went to the gym today for the first time in two years and i couldnt even run a quarter of a mile and do a single pullup hell i couldnt even do a single pushup. i can no longer bench press i used be able to bench over 300 pounds and now i can't bench over 100 pounds. i can't do any excerices i find it unberable i used to be in such good shape. i am 20 years old and i feel like such a failure i can't belive i let myself go like this. i need to know how i can back into shape any advice i am 5'8 and weigh 300 pounds. i used to be in such good shape how can i get back there
