You have a long road ahead of you. If you don't quit you will eventually get there.
Contact a personal trainer or join a crossfit gym in your area. If you are going to go the PT route make sure you do your homework don't just start using anyone that a gym would recommend. Try to find one that runs boot camps and has experience.

Exercise: cardio and weight training (consult with a trainer)
Diet: less calories in (stuffing your face), more calories out (exercise)
