I'm in the cross country team🎽 and I've been walking home last week. My legs are really REALLY sore from all the running from cross country and walking back home. Do you guys have any ideas to get rid of the soreness faster? It really hurts when I bend my knees n stuff. I've had it for like a week now, got any ideas besides eating well, drinking, and sleep for a faster recovery. Thanks, and I do not like to take any pain relief to get rid of the soreness. :)
Stretching will aid recovery. But time is the only cure.
Why do you dislike pain relief? Something like paracetamol or ibuprofen would work well, while being safe.

Lots of stretching :) works wonders!!!
I like using epson salt bath and a ice cool relaxing drink like a beer. Relieves muscle tension after a work out or long day after work.
