Why does the headcold make me look unattractive?

I have a headcold and it makes me look so unattractive. I already have low self esteem so this is very annoying for me

Is a headcold the same as the common cold or a sinus infection. Anyways, when the insides of our body feel off, it often reflects that on the outside. We all don't look well when we don't feel well. Maybe there's an evolutionary reason for it, so people will help us and take care of us lol Idk! Feel better soon!
