Talk to people about it. If you don't have anyone to talk to, then start a journal. If its bad, go to a therapist or a doctor and get medication for it.

I don't. Pretty much stay home and cry everyday. Don't go out unless absolutely necessary (for food, on errands my mom needs)
But usually I just sit and stew in it. Dwell on the past and cry for my future.
