I started at 17 and I hated it, I felt sick when I worked out and it didn't make any difference to how I looked, then I stopped feeling sick and started to tone up and build a bit of muscle. I still don't enjoy it though, girls think you're a good genetic specimen if you're in shape but it's dumb because if you stopped working out you'd look like shit again. ahah

I've always been on and off ever since high school.
Seriously, I didn't start until earlier this year. Persistent exercise at a high intensity. Body weight exercises at the park and loads of cardio via swim/run/cycling. Never been at the gym and I'm not interested... Unless it's to meet girls...
I think I started at 14.
I tried the light version every morning during the weekends.
I didn't go to the gym, just in my living room.
I turned on the workout I wanted to do on the T V and did what they were doing.
I was 16 and I kept going on and off. And then I started again this year and know its been a while and I haven't gone.

I joined a gym at 17 and has worked out on and off untill I was 19 (because of lack of motivation and a shoulder injury) now I've been on it seriously since march. I started because I was 114lbs and skinny af. Now standing at 166lbs.
I was 17 and weight trained with the football team. I was a total skinny beta back then. Those football guys literally kicked my ass. I would go home and just sit in a cold bath because my body was completely shocked.
I was about 7 years old. I had just started Tae Kwon Do and the teacher would make some recommendations for us to do at home. I remember when I did squats all day until failure xD The very next day I couldn't walk..
33. I started hiking and rock climbing, then bought my first mountain bike since university, and then got my first ever gym membership.
