do what the anonymous female answered, except don't cut out meat, just cut out RED meat. its best to keep lean meats such as fish and chicken breasts (only the BREASTS, theyre the only low fat meat on the chicken) in your diet and eat them often. pretty much just follow this simple rule when it comes to dieting:
eat lots of protein (best sources are lean meats such as fish & white meat poultry such as chicken breasts, and egg whites/egg beaters)
dont eat much of anything else, but don't cut it out completely either. you do need all of it, just only give your body the bare minimum it needs.
drink lots of water but keep sodium intake to a minimum. sodium causes your body to retain water which will actually make the "drink lots of water" thing work against you if you eat lots of it.
don't consume any empty calories (meaning don't drink anything other than water or black coffee, and don't snack on things like candy bars)
ive lost 55 lbs so far combining this plan with light exercise and I've come up with lots of good recipes that fit into this diet plan. contact me if you want a few of them.
