That's impossible. Sorry. You can't lose 7 pounds in 3 days, and if you do, it'll just be water weight, not actual weight.
Just drink a ton of water and eat low sodium foods, that'll get all the extra water you're carrying out of your body and make you weigh a small amount less.
I'm sorry but that's not very possible. You don't just snap your fingers and lose weight in that short amount of time :/ if it was just s pound or two maybe but not much more than that.
There is no such thing as a healthy way to loose weight that fast. If you need it for a job you may be okay loosing some water weight without hurting your body too much while you work it off properly. What kind of job for a 16 year old requires you to be under a weight limit?
water, drink gallons + hit your sauna hard.
juice and only fluids soup juice ( by juice i mean make it yourself with veggies and fruit )
you will feel like jesus in the desert after 40 days starving like hell but you'll lose hella weight fast
