No...I am not some fattie on here trying to be skinny..haha I am just interested. I think the quickest is to eat less + better + working out at least 3X a week...and you? What do you think?

a combination of everything. you don't necessarily have to eat less, because your body needs to be replenished, especially if you are working out more. just eat more greens and fruits, and also get lean meats and good grains in there. cut the bad stuff out.
