I'm in the same boat. I used to be super swol when I was a freshman in high school. 10 exercises per day, twice a day. Then I lost interest and... it's never really been the same.
Coincidentally, I'm about the same height and weight as you (5'2" 125 lbs) and I'll admit I've got a little bit of pudge on me, but it's not TOO bad. As far as staying motivated goes... you need to make it a part of your daily life. And I've read that your body doesn't start responding to chances in your exercise until like 2 weeks after you start, so don't feel discouraged if you don't see the results you want right away.
Keep your workouts realistic. Don't run five miles in a week. Just get some weights and do X number of curls per day or something like that... but stick to it! Reward yourself with chocolate or marking your calendar or something. So long as you DO IT and STICK TO IT, that's the thing that's most important. Hope that helps! :)

Realize that you simply are not helping yourself by going on and off. Stay in control of your life and do what you know you need to be doing.
"I didn't have time anymore because of school", really? I mean... Really? I don't know but are you certain you absolutely have zero time to do anything else because of school?
Make exercising as more part of your lifestyle versus a way to get to a goal-weight. If you do it on the basis of just trying to shed a certain amount of pounds, it's easy to make excuses, or completely go back to square one as soon as you reach your goal and then revert back to the diet/levels of activity you had previously.
If you make it a lifestyle change, like buying a month pass, getting a gym buddy, and ideally growing to actually like working out so that when you make certain days of the week your 'workout day', you'll be not quite as likely to think of any sort of excuse to get out of it.
I stay motived because I never want to be fat again hahah.
But to stay motivated, make time for it in your day. Work out at the same time every day, if that can help you stay on track. It helps me! I work out every morning.

I've been working out for 30 long years. Most times I don't want to go to the gym. I remember I still look good & my clothes fit nicely.
Keep your focus on that & I want to weigh 110. Call yourself names like lazy...
I want to be a size "?" Think If it was easy everybody would do it BUT "I AM!"Well I would say think of exercise as a way to get away form pain of what people say and run like the wind
