Please please please help! How can you stay forever motivated to exercise?

I began exercising in 3rd grade and then I stopped. I began exercising again four months later. Then I stopped. Then I keep on doing the same thing all over again and stopped. Finally in freshman year, I exercised for two months being the longest exercise experience. I ended up losing 5 pounds so I was 115lbs. Then I didn't have time anymore because of school. Then I gained the weight back again and was 120 lbs. As a sophomore, I'm 122 lbs and 5'1". My weight goal is 110 lbs but I hate how I keep exercising and stopping. It's really getting on my nerves and I can't find motivation.
Please please please help! How can you stay forever motivated to exercise?
