Girls, if you manage to pluck the shaft and bulb attached to a hair follicle, will it stop growing back?

Sometimes when I wax or pluck, there is a clear tube towards the base of the shaft filled with a watery substance... as well as the bulb. If that happens, will that particular hair cease to grow back?

Sometimes when this happens, I will actually bleed where the hair was pulled out. I'm wondering if that means the hair was damaged enough that it won't grow back at all.

Yeah it'll still grow back! You're supposed to get it by the root anyway, when you don't see that follicle means thats you broke it whilst plucking. Sometimes you can over pluck your eye brow and will be more sparse other places however I've never witnessed that for any other body part.

It will grow back eventually, hair grows in three stages so the one you just plucked, there are two more already growing in the same follicle. Waxing regularly over a period of months will keep the hair from re estabolishing itself.

Yes it will grow back, that happens to me all the time when I pluck my eyebrows.
