do you have the light headedness from laying to sitting to standing? you may be experiencing what's called hypostatic hypotension, which just means that your blood pressure drops when you're changing positions. I've been through this and by adding an increased sodium level in my diet, the feelings have diminished and I've stopped falling, esp when I get up in a hurry at night to go to the bathroom. this also can lead to the exhaustion. what are you eating that's making you sick? are there other signs that go with it, like excess burning?
