I would recommend a high carb, low fat vegan diet centred around whole plant foods. Actually, you're still growing, so you should eat a little more fats (avocados, nuts, seeds). You can eat as much food as you want without having to worry about gaining weight, unlike low carb diets where you have to calorie restrict, which is super exhausting and no one wants that. NutritionFacts. org is a great website for learning about vegan nutrition. I've been vegan for about a year now and it's been great. I've lost weight, my hair is healthier and grows faster, my nails grow super strong, my skin is super clear, I have amazing digestion, I feel great, and it feels really great to not be harming animals and doing the best I can for the environment :).

I personally don't think veganism is good for children. You need a lot of different vitamins and minerals for your current health and your future health. Try to focus on a balanced diet that keeps you healthy and active.
A vegan diet is perfectly healthy and normal. Just don't underdo it (as in don't only eat broccoli and drink water). Know what foods are good (because there are also bad vegan ingredients like sugar and concentrated oils) and look up different recipes. Make sure to get plenty of legumes and nuts as they contain a lot of protein :)
You will do innocent animals, your health AND the environment a favor by going vegan.
By the way: I'm on my second week of being vegan and I feel amazing! Stronger, lighter, my skin is clearing up and in general I just feel a lot better than when I was on a diet including animal products. You have something to look forward to :)
Stay with you low carb diet. When it comes to vegans you can still gain weight. The low carb diet is better for weight watching.
