usually, when someone chats with me and stuff, i talk to them, but think :why would they wanna talk to me?" even online, when i meet someone and talk to them... later, its hard to say hi and begin a convo coz "why would she wanna talk to me, whats so special about me" tho she likes me, we talked for like 2 days on a language learning app, then we went on whats app,.. we have common stuff (alot) we both live kpop and korea, we both like art and draw, we both like anime.. and she says im the best and stuff when i help her, she has a big shyness problem and low self esteem... i think im gonna tell her i dont wanna talk to her no more because i like her and i dont wanna fall in the "love" feeling coz it hurts and it happened before.. i fall in love fast.. and once it happens, i start leaving studies and stuff, im already depressed and axnious and all that ilness.. i dont wanna fall in love no more..

In order to boost self-esteem, you need to identify and challenge the negative beliefs you have about yourself.

You need to look at your beliefs, how you learned them and why you believe them. Then actively begin to gather and write down evidence that disconfirms them.

Learn to spot the negative thoughts you have about yourself. You may tell yourself you are "too stupid" to apply for a new job, for example, or that ''nobody cares'' about you.

Start to note these negative thoughts and write them down on a piece of paper or in a diary. Ask yourself when you first started to think these thoughts.

Next, start to write down evidence that challenges these negative beliefs: "I am really good at cryptic crosswords" or "My sister calls for a chat every week. "Write down other positive things you know to be true about yourself, such as "I am thoughtful" or "I am a great cook" or "I am someone that others trust." Also write down good things that other people say about you.

Aim to have at least five things on your list and add to it regularly. Then put your list somewhere you can see it. That way, you can keep reminding yourself that you are okay.

Haha to be honest.. this is the exactly same thing i told that girl yesterday, she has the same problem... but what do i do.. do i just tell her we can't talk no more.. i fsll inlove waay too fast.. and i like her.. i dont wanna fall in thay situation coz whenber i do, the person just leaves, and broken hearts are really painful.. i dont know who to believe.. me telling my self that im not good... or she telling me im the best and helpful and friendly...
