So my dinner (only meal) is like
120 g. veggies, 130 g. rice, potato, pasta or bread
50 g avocado or 20 g almonds 95 g. vegan "meat" and a dash of ketchup. Low fat buttermilk (or 1,5% milk) or almondmilk (unsweetened)
Is this okay? I don't get hungry during day time and I don't have time to snack at night, so I usually drink some tea with sweetner or two cubes of sugar.
