After assessing my overall fitness of my body during this weightlifting break, I have come to the conclusion that I don't have to lift my upper body anymore; I have enough size and strength as it is and I gain easily there in comparision to my legs (I always did full body weight training on every gym day).

Where I do NOT gain easily, is in the legs. I want to specifically focus on increase strength and stamina in my legs (no upper body stuff for now), so I am looking for advice on exercises, reps/sets, how many rest days I should have, and nutrition to aid in my #IronLegs endeavor.
